| Here you can heal your SPU back to full health, free of charge.
Just post here saying you need them healed and by the next post you get your pokemon back.
While you are waiting for your pokemon to be healed you may not battle any other wild SPU or be in a battle before you come here.
Upon first visit, you will receive a Full-nav *image (capperoff)* which you can call the Global-Strange-Center or the GSC which can send healing ions to your SPU instantly, but may only be used once every 24 (real) hours.
Also, if you have to wait more than 3 days after posting here for someone to heal your SPU (even though you could use the Full-nav...) you're SPU are automatically healed!
