(Sorry if I get into some criticizing here.)
Your revamp is pretty darn good. I made some revamps on my art-stuff thread. It gets kind of challenging when there are too few colors on the older one.
Your recolors are also very good. On the Clefairy recolor, you seem to have some stray pixels on it, but other then that, very good.
As for the sprite, it is good. Transferring the colors looked like it went well. But, with the Lapras swirl and Vaporeon tail, when you transfer one part to another, notice how the shading and highlighting (light and dark areas) work with the base sprite. Also, the dark part of the tail looks like it is un-naturally going down towards the leg/stomach area, not along the back of the sprite, like Vaporeon. The swirl looks like it's un-naturally put on the head. You could move it down a bit and make it look like a part of the head.
These are just some suggestions and notices. Take in this advice however you want.
